Our company incorporates principles and values related to Gender Equality and diversity into the organization’s culture, with the aim of promoting equal treatment and opportunities, and non-discrimination at all levels. To plan and implement this policy, we have created the Gender Area, led by a management representative who directs these processes, and we commit to:
  • Creating a work environment free from discrimination and violence.
  • Fostering communication among members of the organization to identify issues they may be experiencing both inside and outside the company, and seeking solutions.
  • Constantly reviewing documented information and verbal communication to identify any deviations from equality and non-discrimination standards.
  • Incorporating inclusive language in the organization’s internal and external communication.
  • Maintaining and designing inclusive spaces that prevent discrimination and meet the needs of all staff and guests.
  • Managing and conducting training and awareness sessions on Gender Equality at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintaining a compensation and leave system free from gender biases.
  • Avoiding gender bias in personnel selection and hiring processes.
  • Developing initiatives that promote Gender Equality in the local community and prevent gender-based violence.
  • Implementing a protocol for the prevention of and response to cases of gender-based violence.
  • Conducting a self-assessment of the organizational culture to evaluate progress toward the stated goals.

    In our accommodation, we take responsibility for reducing the impact of our activities on environmental, sociocultural, and economic resources, adhering to principles of sustainability without compromising our guests' satisfaction. In this commitment, we aim to:

  • Incorporate renewable energy into our services and promote energy savings and efficiency through the implementation of effective technologies, management measures, monitoring, and communication.
  • Optimize water usage through management, measurement, and communication practices, utilizing technologies that support savings and efficiency in consumption.
  • Manage waste responsibly by separating and measuring at the source, encouraging reuse, recycling, or proper disposal, and applying best practices to reduce waste generation.
  • Preserve and share the cultural and natural heritage of the region with our guests, promoting respect and appreciation for local resources.
  • Calculate and reduce the Greenhouse Gas emissions generated by our activities, implementing mitigation and offsetting measures to minimize our climate impact.
  • Maintain a continuous training plan for our staff on sustainability topics, applying safety and hygiene measures for guests and staff, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and facilities, and establishing protocols for crisis prevention and response.
  • Promote community development by disseminating sustainable concepts, cooperating with organizations on cultural and environmental projects, and collaborating with local suppliers for the provision of supplies, encouraging the reuse of containers.
  • Measure and evaluate guest satisfaction, both in service quality and in sustainable practices applied, to ensure an experience aligned with our sustainability values.
  • Set goals and objectives for continuous environmental improvement, monitoring and evaluating environmental indicators, and communicating our goals, progress, and achievements through social media.
